Book your day on the water from the palm of your hands. Gulfstream Boat Club Members have the luxury of reserving their boat from their home, work, on a run or in another state! Access our entire calendar up to 90 days in advance, view the newest boats added to our fleet and review your profile and usage reports. Schedule your next girl’s trip, me-time or family outing using our updated Member Portal.
Reservations
Our Member Portal is user-friendly and includes access to everything you’ll need. Explore our entire fleet and available boat options up to 90 days in advance! As a Member of Gulfstream Boat Club, you’ll receive access to our entire fleet across all locations every day. Members can book up to 4 advanced reservations included 2 week days and 2 non-consecutive weekend days.
Creating reservations is easy! Book your favorite boat at least 24 hours in advanced and let us handle the rest. Do you have family coming into town? Reserve one of our larger 28’ boats or a pontoon to fit the whole crew! Clicking on the picture of your desired boat will bring Members to the boat’s profile. View the layout of the boat, the maximum capacity and if it includes special features like outriggers and a live well. Members can add requests for anything they might need before departing off on their adventure. Let our Member Services team know if you’ll need ice for the coolers, a child’s life vest or need extra assistance getting your passengers safely onboard.
Do you want to explore outside your Home Club? Reserve a boat at a Destination Club under the tab ‘Clubs in Network.’ Members can book outside their Home Club at least once a month with an advanced reservation. For Members planning an extended trip to the opposite coast, let us know! Our team can set aside reservations for you and your guests to explore a new fleet and new destinations.
Creating reservations is just as easy as cancelling them. Members can cancel a reservation with 48 hours notice. Under the ‘History’ tab, view the reservation you’d like to adjust or cancel and the hours will go back into your account! With every creation, adjustment and cancellation, Members receive an email to confirm and remind them.
Account Profile & Memberships
Our advanced reservation site keeps Members’ profiles updated in real time. Members can see everything from their remaining hours, boat usage, personal credentials and invoice history. For our hourly Members, the remaining hours are located under ‘My Info’ as well as your start and expiration date so you know when it’s time to renew! Members with left over hours will never lose them. Unused hours will rollover to your next package. As Members near the expiration date, contact our Sales team to renew or upgrade to a larger package.
Members can view their boat usage and invoice history, too. See all past and upcoming reservations as well as any fuel cost or captain fees associated. Do you see an error with your hours? Contact Member Services to review your reservations to ensure you’re getting the most out of your Membership.
Members have access to all the information they share with our Member Services team. Only the Members and Location Managers can access personal files and credentials. Do you need to update your payment for fuel charges? Our Member Portal safely secures all information and only shows the necessary information needed for our team.
